Dear President or Governor,

       I've got a bad issues! What it is that I am a homeless man, white, age 52, and hard of hearing. I live on the street, nobody want to hire me, cause of me! I am trying to find a job here in Corpus(a full- time job). How can I live in a part-time job? That part-time won't help me to get me off the street! I've got no money to go some place to live,and it's going to be cold here pretty soon! Please try to help me, to me off the street, and I really appreciated for ya'll help, thank you! Oh by the way, just let you know that I don't have a bank account. That will do to help me out! But where can I get a job?  I hope you or some one can help me to get me off the street, thank again! Hi, I need urgent help to secure a mortgage as i have to move asap.will be a first time buyer.I am disabled with MS,other health problems,partial sight,hearing etc.also need help to find a basic bank account any ideas welcome.

For those who want to help, or those asking for help, you should be aware of an important resource from which you can both give and receive money.

PayPal (www.paypal.com) makes it possible for you to send and receive money in as large or small amounts as desired, at no cost to either the sender or the receiver. It helps, of course, if you have a personal bank account, with a debit card, but you do not even need that.

You can open a PayPal account directly, and keep your cash in that account. PayPal will, at your request, issue a debit card, from which you can withdraw, and pay anyone who accepts credit cad payments. You can use that same card to go to any ATM machine, to withdraw cash.

All it takes to open an account with them is a personal email address, and a verifiable physical mailing address.
